“Dikpatha, “the path of the horizon,” is an ongoing meditation on the meeting place of earth and sky, where the physical world and the unseen are in constant exchange. In layers of oil on linen, each work is stitched with traces of the land itself: dried plant fragments, leaves, and seeds gathered from particular places and through the seasons.
These remnants carry time in their fibres, a kind of natural archive holding memory, history, and the slow passing of days. The horizon, in these works is a threshold, a path between the dimensions that shape and influence our lives here on Earth.”
